Episode 322: Spending Time with the Leaders and the Lost

You never outgrow your need to relate to the lost

In Episode 322 of the NewChurches Q&A Podcast, Daniel and Todd discuss ways to balance the time spent with the leaders of the church and also the unchurched. Here is today’s question:

What is the best way to maintain a balance of spending time with leaders and the lost with the practical demands that increase as the church plant grows? It seems super important, in order to continue strong kingdom work for the gospel, to not get caught up in the isolation of simply caring for the churched people. But, it seems like many pastors end up stopping spending time with the leaders and the lost as the church they are a part of grows. What are your thoughts and suggestion on this?

In This Episode, You’ll Discover:

  • The importance of spending time with the lost and unchurched
  • Different ways to support, care for, empower and equip the leaders in your church
